Amazon.com Product Description
Remove wrinkles from hanging garments, upholstery, curtains, slipcovers, and more–without the risk of scorching, burning, or shining–with this professional upright steamer. It even helps kill germs on fabrics. Faster and easier than ironing, the 1400-watt unit heats up quickly, and its easy-to-fill water tank provides up to 1-1/2 hours of continuous steam. The portable steamer moves freely from room to room thanks to its rolling casters (rear locking casters maintain stability during use), while its lighted foot-pedal power switch ensures comfort and convenience. Other highlights include a low-water indicator, automatic shut-off, carry handles, a telescoping hanger, and a double-insulated hose that detaches for storage and connection of attachments. Accessories include a collapsible hanger and a crease attachment for adding professional-looking creases to pants and shirts. My wife and I bought the GS11RH because the steam nozzle broke on our GS10RH (after many years) which is a common problem with steamers. We actually continued to use it without the cover on the nozzle and it still worked. Anyway we bought this unit and it puts out some good steam for sure and get the wrinkles out too. We do not like the built in hanger and don’t use it and we prefer the GS10RH because it has more room to for normal hangers to be hung on it. Also our GS10RH had a better hose on it that has a thick plastic hose section, about 9 inches worth at each end which made it less floppy and the heavier section didn’t get as hot as well so less worry about accidentally touching the hot floppy tube section connected to the steamer nozzle. The picture shown on Amazon shows the higher quality hose, but that is not what they sent me so maybe I should write the company to get the better one. Also my wife doesn’t like the water reservoir as much either because the handle is on the top instead of the the side to when you turn it upside down there is no handle to hold on to (but it does hold more water which is good). So other than the lack of hanger space and if I had the bettery hose it is a good unit and steams very well. Save a few bucks and get the GS10RH. The only improvements over the GS10RH are that it holds a little more water, it has foot pedals to turn it ON and it is 1400W instead of 1300W. I think will cannibalize my GS10RH and form a hybrid steamer (GS10/11RH) that combines all the best qualities.

I love this steamer . . . I rarely have to use my iron any more. Definitely the best purchase I ever made. Every woman should own one of these!!!!! A friend of mine has one and she said it was wonderful. I really didn’t believe her until I used it myself!!!! Amazing!!!

I had been struggling with a hand-held steamer and decided to take the leap into the big league. What a time saver! I can wear slacks for work two or three times without dry-cleaning them. It took the fold marks out of my new drapes in no time.
The built in hanger works great for tops but folds down easily for pants and household items. The top height is good for me (I’m 5′4″). Plenty of places to put your own hangers.
